The younger guy, Hyeon, that appeared and was mistaken as Mido? He was a jerk too. Was is the keyword, and he's not any better after. At first, he though nothing of this rapey stuff because the ML was Hyeon's benefactor and he knew all this was for revenge by ML, probably even thought it was well deserved. After he learnt that the MC had made a mistake and got beaten up on his way back to the ML when young and ended up in the hospital, which meant he didn't actually abandon the ML, he started treating him better attitude wise. See the guy confessing to Siwoo and Siwoo didn't say anything at first until he saw redhead staring at them from around the corner, and so Siwoo kissed the guy and held his hands as (yet another) a show of rejection to redhead.
