I really like the accents, it gives a bit of athmosphere, but as a non native speaker it is also a lot harder to read.
Anyway a really cute historical story without the drama we get in this genre normally. The couple is great. Kondou is really honest and he might be somewhere on the spectrum. His problems in human contact and communication give me the vibes. I wish there were more stories with characters like this, but it is only the second one I know.
