Imagine all the abused and unfairly treated wives that could relate to this story, tsk tsk tsk. So sad for the female lead, she got stuck with a horrible husband who has so many mental and trust issues. That dude needs to calm down and just treat her like the human being that she actually is. Well, at least he's starting to treat her with some decency. If I got transmigrated into this story I'd give the female lead a hug and treat her like an actual woman.
A lot of things in this story don't really make sense when it comes to Greek mythology. It's based on Greek mythology but just note that in Greek mythology, Athena never actually had a real lover (She basically said I'm single but never gonna mingle). Well it is a story based on Greek mythology so I can't really say much about this.
This is why I don’t really like this story, there are so many misinterpretations about Greek myths, at this point it would have been better if the author created her own lore instead (that would have been less frustrating IMO)
Sure but even experts aren't sure on what is the true version of Greek mythology, there are so many different versions and interpretations to the Greek gods and their tales since it was basically story telling back then.
I personally think it's great that it's different that most versions, I think the author didn't really intended for it to be like the Greek mythology and honestly, that's good, it would be a bit boring and lazy otherwise. I like to think of Athena Complex as it's own little story with Greek inspiration rather than an actual adaptation.
I totally agree
