i think it's that type of reincarnation s'hit and stuff like fated partners,- like Seungyeon loved Hosik very much in his pat life.. though because of there circumstances of their lives (in the extra) they weren't able to be together, and that very much left him scarred.. ig Seungyeon is his own grandpa(he just reincarnated in the same family) and was haunted with the memories of his past life,, guessing that is why he is so obessed with Hosik since the beginning
don't know if that explain anythin,, but those are just my own thoughts :/
