She's far over the line. She freaking flew past it. She may be a competent maid but she isn't the only one with such abilities and knowledge. Alicia is adapting to her environment to survive and is genuinely trusting and kind but that doesn't give Nora the excuse to continuously harass her like that. Licen, if he cared for Alicia as much as he seems would shut Nora up and/or gut her for being disrespectful. What kind of killing tyrant is he if he lets a maid disrespect his beloved wife like that?
Also what if Alicia becomes.. cruel at one point? Being fed up by the harassment? It'd be a sight to behold. If enjoy that.
I did not expect Mr. Cutie to be a Yandere.. damn. It's really interesting now because I understand him. She suddenly disappeared when it was amazing, and then faced a traumatizing situation with the prince, having people tell him that she was a spy or assassin.
Don't fault him too much.. he lost her once and he isn't planning to let it happen again. He's terrified. Give him some slack, he'll realize what he's doing soon enough.
