I never expected to be so invested in this type of story but here I am
I read this years ago but dropped it, unable to deal with the emotions of losing Hamin. But recently, it’s been lingering on my mind and I needed to know what happened next. I’m glad I did. I’m not exaggerating when I say I cried an entire night, multiple times while reading. And while this manhwa grabbed my heart, shred it to pieces, it did a great job sewing it back together. It’s bittersweet but I appreciate the realism behind that.
Each character felt like an actual person with their own thoughts, feelings, and morals. And more than anything, I loved how it laid heavy on the topic of just how much our words and actions can either push someone to the brink of their existence or give them the strength to keep fighting.
Overall, it was amazing piece. I’m glad I came back to it in the end, tears and all.
A 7 rating for the first chapter? Ngl I’m kind of surprised since the art seems good and the concept is interesting

SOBBING I’m so incredibly happy the author decided to bring Julius back. He stole my heart from the early chapters and even though I knew he was dead, I was hoping with everything that that wouldn’t be the case (though I didn’t actually expect them to revive him). It was such a sweet, heartfelt story that never ceased to captivate my interest. I’m sad to see it go but I’m hoping the author has more stories to share with us
Oh my god I thought this was going to be another third rate read but it’s so much better than expected (?!) I’m not sure about how I feel about Abel and the prince being the main couple… hmm
WHAT??? THATS HOW THEY CHOSE TO END IT?? It was so sudden and rushed that I didn’t even realize that that’s what they were trying to do… it was a cute story though so I guess I’ll let it pass but what a shame

I think this is the first manhwa I’ve read that actually went through with the MC going back to their own world and the MC falling for her knight (usually it’s the most powerful/handsome person in the novel). Sobbing. 10/10
