Perhaps she is planning to switch to another webcomic publisher. I've seen supposedly ended webtoon series continue months latter on different sites.
I think Toomics' sudden change on their site (erasing the wait for read feature) caused quite a drop in numbers for this comic. Many readers started reading it on illegal sites instead...
