idk how anyone aren't finding this manhwa weird and, think of it like normal relationship. the seme is literally projecting his little sister onto the uke as "someone to take care of" like a little sister. and that would develop into romance later. if yall isn't feeling that weird, then idk
He projects his action, not the seme as a person, he has guilt. Like "i should've done this and that" this can happens in our daily life too.
Small example is you witnessed your brother got food poisoning bc he didn't carefully check the expired date, so in some worry when you have a boyfriend that you fucked you somehow remembered the name experience and always make sure to check the date beforehand giving it to yout boyfriend.
Though I understand the reason why you're uncomfortable, probably bc of the age gap and "family found" dynamite

this is lowkey grooming, author tryna hide it but it's very obvious to ppl that knows. doesn't matter if seme is younger than uke. but as everyone says the grooming will be over and everyone will forget about it one the younger seme grows up meh
U are right like how do u go from parent/ big bro to lover especially when the kid is dependent on u emotionally financially and socially like it's too much
Its not. MC didn’t even approach sejin with that kind of intention and is not doing anything manipulative. There is a problematic power dynamics here but its not grooming, just age gap and financial dependence.
bro the title literally says projection idk what you expected the story to be...
it's not about manipulation or intention but the problem here is, he sees the boy similar to his little sister, his feelings started from that, familial love. if we interpret with his projection, that is the same as he will eventually be romantically in love with his little sister.
it's definitely weird no matter what.
i can understand if you read this while aware that this is weird, but if you think there is nothing weird for this manhwa idk i think some of you guys have screw loose in your head.
i'm not against this manhwa but be aware that this is weird, just as the same as SA, r@pe
The definition of grooming is literally forming emotional relationship with a minor in order to manipulate them. The MC has no such intentions, so it’s not grooming. Idk why u’re trying to act like I’m denying that they have problematic power dynamics when I already said that in my comment.
“In love with his little sister” My god, y’all with say anything just to not admit that it’s not grooming. The mc didn’t help the boy to sleep with him and manipulate him for any sexual reasons and such. Of course the age gap is uncomfortable and weird, but that doesn’t make it grooming, since the mc didn’t manipulate the ml into having feelings for him or smth. That was all on the ml to develop feelings for a guy way older than him, and we can clearly that at the moment, the mc doesn’t feel the same.
I wonder that too because it seems highly unlikely to turn into that unless he had intentions since the beginning that he didn’t let show which is crazy lowkey cause how you gonna crush on a high schooler
Ehhh, I mean you can clearly tell the mc was lowkey uncomfortable at the one dude's sexual joke towards the ml, so that kinda explains itself (Mc don't like the ml like that). While the "raising the ml" trope is weird to read about, almost 90% of the time the mc who is usually the older one, gets really uncomfortable when finding out that the kid/teen/wtv has romantic feelings for them. Think of Dawn of the Dragon in the past life arc. It was weird for the author to insert THAT trope of all things, but we can tell that the mc didn't have pedophilic thoughts or even groomed that child-looking dragon ml. It was just development of feelings once the mc realized that the younger ml, who is now older and an adult, likes him and pursues him very strongly. (Using the bl as an example, cause based on the spoilers i read in the comments for the novel, it's gonna go the same route as Dotd past life arc, mostly).
Mmm ok I seee.
