She's also a kid so she has time to mature to adulthood which seems she is already struggling with

You can look online for mmorpg (massive multi-player online role-playing games). Search a list of recommended ones that have good interaction or friend system. Newer games like Final Fantasy mmo would be better, because I find it difficult to play older games with 300 expansions and a big online community that is already set. I've played Ragnarok, Champions online, World of Warcraft (wow) and Blade and Soul. Mostly it comes to which visuals and playability you enjoy more. Have fun.
