err, they've been using ghoul's abilities (kagune) to kill the ghouls. But, for them to become a one-eyed ghoul experiments and working for ccg is definitely something new. I wonder if they still can eat regular human food? since the girl on pg.4 was eating cookies/rice cracker(senbei"BAY") right?
And, it seems like sasaki is the one (perhaps leader) doing the one-eye ghoul experiment on regular humans.
The quinque are more modified weapons of the kagune the ccg collected from dead ghouls. What I meant when I said ghoul abilities against ghouls is like Kaneki whose half going up against Jason whose full. Or ghoul (member of ccg) against ghoul (nonmember) fighting each other. And in this case, the author did such that. They made a group that's like kaneki but they work for the ccg and hunt wanted ghouls.
It updates after so long and we get left with a cliffhanger!!! Curses! Look forward to the next update
