Honestly, I don't see why it's illegal to use your quirks without a license (barring the people who been mutated of course cuz there's no helping it) in Japan. The government telling you what you can and can't do with something you're born with is over stepping their bounds really. It definitely doesn't lessen quirk related crimes that's for sure.

Ahh I'm so proud of not only bakugo but the rest of the team too! For this to have worked, bakugo had to also trust them to have his back as well when before he would have seen it was a weakness. He's finally learning that there's nothing weak in needing help.
Oh shit, I just realized. Bakugo is already strong on his own but if he can start working with people and maximizing their strength while guarding the weaknesses, he's gonna be a really tough opponent to go up against lol
