Honestly, it has been an acquired skill to get them right while reading
There are arrows that stem outwards of the bubble, literally in the direction of the speaker, unless done incorrectly,
and then there are arrows that are go inwards of the bubble, but those are hard to guess… I mean it’s not consistent over all mangas/graphic novels whether the speaker is in the direction of its tail or mouth

Nope, i meant like when the D bulges to knock someone up. Alphas can knock someone up whatever their secondary gender but in this one with lyle being an alpha he just won't get pregnant. It puts pressure to his body tho cause yk it expands

in omegaverse universe alpha can get pregnant too(as far as I've known)although the chances of that is extremely low and there's some risk in that so by any chance the alpha get pregnant its most probably due to the other alpha are more dominant genetically or either the receiver alpha body can adapt more , actually there's some cases that said alpha doesn't have a uterus but that just doesn't make sense...its more likely its undeveloped
