Tattoos are not supposed to swell when healed :’) if your tattoo is doing that either the tissue is scarred, you’re allergic to the ink, or you got contaminated with something. either way it means your artist didn’t take proper precautions. A have a big tattoo and I can feel a little the black lines it but no the color filling
