i think it'll take some time for him to come to terms with how head over heels he is for yiyoung and that he can be greedy about their relationship instead of being all rational and "mature enough" to let yiyoung grow and take their relationship as a meaningful experience. his insecurities about his age is probs making him stubborn about the whole "i will be a factor in your life that will only give you positive impact" towards their relationship. he'll continue to suppress his being clingy and greedy of yiyoung until it blows all up in his face BWSHHSHAHAHA

yiyoung definitely wouldn't, if anything it seems like he's so fascinated of doyeon(?? brown haired guy) largely because he has stories to tell of a mr. kang that yiyoung will never meet or get to know. kang will just have to get through his insecurities and maybe some of the ~guilt~ that comes from dating someone so young while being a lot more experienced. idk as much as it's unfortunate that kang said all those things bc of his insecurities i also really appreciate? that he genuinely wants nothing but the best for yiyoung as he goes through life and experience things.
