what an interesting turn of events. i didn't really think their conversation will lead to this predicament. like yeah i guess in yiyoung's side it's gonna sting to hear your lover consider the chances that you'll break up in the distant future, but as a reader, the realistic take of daehyung was so refreshing??? i do think it was a reckless thing for him to say and again he's not completely sober, but with how his relationships went on he probably unconsciously thinks "who's to say how this will go? let's take whatever we can experience from this" with all his relationships...
it's actually funny because he's just being objective (?) and if anything he means well i guess idk (yiyoung being so young, with so little romantic experience, locked in forever with someone so much older in age and experience is robbery idk thats what i think atleast) but wow that stings so bad. didn't expect that from the author but in hindsight it's very fitting to daehyung's principles???
