i guess it's frustrating as readers since we know how things went down from ml's side of the story but mc doesn't know that, all he can piece together is that he was lied to and that can be very difficult to process bc like his monologue, is it even worth worrying about?? but he feels conflicted anyway and mc's history of things going wrong probs make it more difficult for him to communicate? i did hope he would be a lot more expressive after everything they went through but yeah baby steps huhu the apple note thingy was cute i hope they make up soon
