Is the author tired of writing normal romance ? Because this story definitely is not like the first two stories and keeps on getting twisted. No matter how you see it, Naru is using Mei in some way be it good or bad. I don't like this, even if they're not blood related incest is still incest. I'm not going to try to ignore it just because "they're not related by blood".
I really don't mean it in like an aggressive way, but if you don't like it probably you shouldn't read it, don't suffer. Technically it is not incest because they are not linked by blood but yeah you mean that it's frowned up by society I understand. However there are other incest (event real) stories that are waaaay more shocking, but I feel that this one is interesting. I feel that there is a lot of mystery going on and the story is different from others even talking about polyamorous relationships which is not ordinary in BL without weird stuff. There are a looooot of other BL stories more normal romance oriented and I read it too, I just like to read various themes stories.

The entire plot is contradictory. Like the Female lead is strong in one chapter then ignorant and weak in Another chapter. The imperial family is scared of the duke family but then hate and think the duke is inferior. And what is this whole thing with the kid being the MC? I'm sorry but isn't this literally grooming ? If a male lead does this to a young girl, he's a creep but when a female lead does this then we're supposed to take that as adorable ?!
YOU ALL ARE FORGETTING SOMETHING, THE BEAST EMPIRE EXISTED LONG BEFORE, WHEN THE BEAST KING AND QUEEN WAS ATTACKED BY THE EMPIRE AND THEIR MAGES THE QUEEN WAS PREGNANT RIGHT? so she was sold and raised Javi in the slave center,that was way long ago,it was the reason the mage tower was locked with such restrictions so it was long ago before FL was born so even though Javi appears like a young boy because he didn't receive the stimuli to come out of the cocoon of his young self because of his mother's death and malnourished, but now that the beasts are recuperating and regaining strength and he has a purpose in life,which is FL, since she saved him from the slave traders Javi awakened,so Javi is actually older than FL in terms of age.

At first I was a little annoyed by the Female lead but now the story is progressing so cutely and I'm enjoying this one. The story definitely got better. Can't wait for them to confess to each other !
Let me rant here. The thing I Loved about this manhwa was that even though there were undertones of romance here and there, it was never the main focus. But now the pink haired brat is in every chapter basically stalking the Male Lead. If the author is sincerely trying to portray her in a good light then it is not working. Her character still comes off as cunning and annoying. It's now irritating as a reader as the stoey is not about the entertainment industry right now. I mean I understand using her for creating drama in the story but for how many chapter ?! If the rest of the story is gonna revolve around this weird love triangle, then I'm dropping this.
The ML is annoying me a bit. Like I get that you're interested in her but you should have respected her space and approached her slowly. Like the FL said, he didn't care about her feelings and pushed his own desires. Thank god FL rejected him.
The pink haired piece of shit just annoys me right now.... she's like a entitled brat who thinks the world revolves around her. The story is also stuck and I think the author just uses her to create more drama. I would rather want to see how he helps the other actors and talents rather than some soapy romance drama.
I get that it's cute but I've had enough of this misunderstanding plot. I get that she's confused but for God's sakes, can we not run away about it ? I don't know why the female lead always has to be clueless and a coward when it comes to misunderstandings
What bothers me more is that the MC couldn’t even choose not to go to that meetup. She had no obligation as she did not agree! It’s was a one-sided decision. While I understand being socially anxious and not being able to say no in person, she should have just not gone to the meetup with her school bullies who clearly haven’t changed.
it was different because her mom told her to tho lol as a socially anxious people pleaser myself i totally understand her, and i love how nice our mc is and dont find her annoying at all.
I used to have really bad social anxiety (like to the point that I couldn’t even order something at a restaurant while with family). It’s something I had to work really hard for years to get mostly over.
I don’t find the MC annoying and I understand wanting to please the family. I get it, I really do. But she could just go to the park or a cafe if she really doesn’t want to go to a meetup with her bullies. In the end, she’ll probably be saved from something upsetting by the ML instead of choosing to save herself from the emotional distress by making a more reasonable decision.

This is just like a soap opera in a office setting. There is nothing refreshing about this and is just filled with drama. I can already see the scenarios the author is going to come up with to make it more messier....
I know this author's work isn't my taste.... but I still gave this one a chance because of the high rating. Oh boy was I mistaken. The tropes are so bad and this is just a cringe fest. Especially I wanted to kill the little brother. What is this storyline ?!

I get that nobody is perfect and anyone can feel insecure but why do I get the feeling that manabu is just immature and he himself doesn't want the relationship to work. I don't know what more the uke should do to assure him. Manabu is just finding reasons to not make this work. Its like he's not putting any efforts and expects his boyfriend to figure out everything. I would've dumped him long ago but since this is fiction, I'm just here for the ride.
