i still feel uneasy when it comes to jeanette, but when athy came thru her window, she just grabbed her and hugged her tight with tears falling from her eyes and that was so pure. to think that jeanette was still worried for athy's safety and condition when she could have grabbed the opportunity to impose on claud and earn his affection and refuse to help athy but she didn't. she didn't hover over athy and ask her questions that might make her feel uncomfortable but instead just offered her a place to stay and food to eat and a friend to rely on. or she could just be really obsessed over wanting a family idk bruh im tired

Claude's black magic was used to forget Diana. The magic takes 7 years to complete so when Claude first saw Athy (at 9 years old) he had already forgotten Diana and thought Athy was his child from a random dancer/concubine. On top of that Jennette has a magic to make everyone like her so she was immediately liked by Claude and when Jennette was poisoned he got really mad and ended up killing Athy because she was his child from a random person to him.

No this already happened, in the book called "Lovely princesses", but it didn't go into detail about the black magic, maybe they'll reveal it in the future

i refuse to believe jeanette's inherently good and nice. i mean, she /was/ conceived with black magic (magic that is literally the definition of pure evil), her mother was a biatch who was really greedy (and wasn't satisfied with claude, may i add), and her father was an aszhole who betrayed claude and thought to kill him just because his mana was much more larger in amount and powerful than his was. so, no, I can't believe it until i see solid proof. but if she is, then yay! one less villain to worry about.
She's genuinely angelic but her situation doesn't let her be likable, bruh... The poor gurl's the #2 victim of all the things happening (athy being #1 cuz she died in her 1st life).... Even athanasius wonders where she inherited those kind and naivety she got....

okay so in the earlier chapters, mr white vaguely introduced jeanette as his cousin's daughter; then in the original storyline of lovely princess, ijekiel and jeanette gets married?? tho they're 2nd cousins and is technically incest?? am i missing something lmao bcs i'm pretty sure mr white and penelope were truly cousins so what is going on
maybe penelope and mr white were distant cousins? And maybe its okay for them to marry their cousins in that timeline?

when athy was remembering how jeanette was born (backstory of penelope + anastacius) it was said that penelope died while giving birth to jeanette, the next panel depicted mr white and a servant holding baby jeanette. so we can conclude that mr white and penelope were 1st cousin bcs he was immediately consulted concerning penelope's death and jeanette's birth, and even going as far as adopting her into his own home.
