It's an idol manhwa. Reality shows like this is a norm after an album release and once promotions are over. The writer makes it so it reflects the lives of real life idols. Be patient, it isn't that hard.
The synopsis and the start of the few chapters focuses on them switching souls and the MC finding out what kind of life the owner of the body have, and this was what got ME hooked up in the story. Thats why I was looking for that kind of plot. Now suddenly its all about their life as an idol.
Same, I would NEVER read Monochrome Rumor if it was about idol life only, which it has become now.
There are a lot of plotholes in this story and the authors doesn't make the effort to help us resolve these questions, that's why both parts - tragedy and idol slice of life- are so disconnected.

It's because the manhwa is still not finished, since now we're all literary experts and I dare say have consumed more than a hundred literary works it would do everyone good to understand that stories expand the conflict in the middle to nigh impossible lengths only to slowly taper it back to a linear point.

There's nothing to justify here. They're brothers and Dohwa knows that. It's just he fell in love with his own brother that he hopes Dojun isn't his biological brother or at least half brother so he won't feel so guilty. But after he asked his mom in high school, they're really brothers, that's why Dohwa distanced himself from Dojun and tried to find him an omega. He just lost his sanity because Dojun dates an alpha and because that alpha made his beloved brother cried so he's like, if you're into alphas then I'll be your alpha because I know I can treat you better. But you can see that he's actually been suppressing his feelings for many years just because they're biological brothers. He's only lost it because Dojun's dating an alpha and he felt beaten. As much as I like Dohwa, I'm glad they don't end up together because, I don't like incest type much (not that I'm completely against it since it's fictional but I rather not to). I'm just saying that it's clearly stated in the story that they're actually brothers, not an open issue for discussion. So, if you want them to be together, an alternated universe might work.
P.S. according to the artist's Twitter, I think Dohwa is her favorite character so she wrote a side story as a fan service (or her own service) so Dohwa could have a little taste on Dojun. But since they're brothers, they still can't end up together. That's why, the doctor's still the end game

I dont think he meant to harm his manager thru this "disciplinary action". He may have other plans and he will be using this to open an opportunity. And him doing this just so he could go to the photographer is out of the question because the conversation between him and the director happened before he met the photographer.
(If you pay a close attention to the background it shows that it was when he was still in the parking lot and also the flow of their conversation, "the pain in the ass" thingy is what he said in the previous chapter, therefore the conversation shown in the latest chapter is only a flashback)
