It’s nice to see people defending the author and the fact that there are rape scenes in the story. I don’t understand why you’re still here after 60+ chapters complaining that the uke keeps getting raped. That’s the whole point. The characters are meant to be unlikable because this is a universe that is corrupt and full of death and destruction. If you’re not into this type of story, kindly fuck off. It’s okay to give constructive criticism but cursing about how bad the story is, isn’t what that is.
I, for example, couldn’t understand how people liked Jinx. I can’t read it because it makes me sick to my stomach, and that’s why I dropped it. I’d suggest you do so to with this one too if you aren’t enjoying it.

the characters being unlikeable and the universe being dark are just shitty excuses for gratuitous and graphic rape scenes. the writing is not good, the interesting concept is wasted on the one dimensional “psycho rapist #1-5” characters, there’s been more rape than plot development, character development is never going to happen at this point, the rape is also just drawn like porn and not like a horrific scene that adds literally anything to the story at all. the author doesn’t need defending, and they aren’t owed constructive criticism in a comment section they’re never going to see.
Read the novel if you are looking for character and plot development. This manhua version is like only the top of ice berge. Everything about the alumen(?) and each of the semes are written so well in the novel.

I agree... They should just drop it, but the thing is... Whenever they see some little potential from one of the semes, readers tend to have hopes that character would really be good this time... And changes their mind once it didn't work because there's this, there's that... So yeah, I too also hope for that at first but seeing as how this type of situation just keep repeating over and over again more of like a cycle now... I have to accept the fact that I actually enjoy reading this I dunno why but yeah.. it's interesting how dark and depressing Yugeon's experience with the four assholes^^
the novel is more than just porn you mean. it’s also their decision to keep all the rape and drop parts of the story. if they’re gonna make a manhua version they shouldn’t be making a shittier version that borders on fetish porn regardless if drawing is hard or not.
Lol, but u know this sells better right? Stories like jinx (which I dropped on the third chapter), peal boy and many more that sells good have either rape or abusive plots (many Korean manhua literally) so it's not surprising the author mainly add those parts. At the end of the conver, u can always drop this. In my opinion still a lot better than stories like jinx.
