It's not even new art in the middle of the series, it's a whole new sequel so I don't think there's any reason for people to be complaining about the art this much.

I think...technical skill wise, Payday is better drawn but, the expressions are weaker than Mayday. Mayday, you could see the intimidation and other feelings.

I don't think so. I've reread Mayday and I somehow didn't get pulled to it bc of weaker and simpler emotions in this manhwa. payday has this more design in portraying fear, infatuation and such. But if that's what you think then it's good


For me I can't even read manhwas with simple artstyle... But I've read mayday when it's still ongoing and somehow I didn't realize the art.

It's not just the art, it's panelling too. I guess expressiveness was the wrong wording. Not just the facial expressions but the vibe gave me a stronger sense of atmosphere? For Payday it feels a little disjointed and stiff to read. But that's how it is for me. But I still think Payday's expressions could be done better. Essentially I don't really feel any sense of fear becauae Vasya is so bloody deadpan in this one.

Yes this comment right here! I’ve been thinking the same thing. The tiny inconsiderate actions and sloppy apologies during the chasing arc are what will make the redemption that much better.

You're exaggerating, but some of what you said is true. Though, I don't see Kim Dan being weak he is actually stong enough, he even ignored Jaekyung for days. So I think he's healed himself for some parts. For me, this is not redemption arc yet. As I said girl, let's wait ok?
