in the US, a 16 year old can date a 21 year old. However sexual relationships can be charged for statutory rape. But a lot of people do it anyway. As long as both parties consent fully while sober and in the right mind, then I don’t care. But if its through manipulation or some sort of persuasion then I have an issue with it.
