When I read the novel, I had a particular image of Mazzaroth (the final Gate) in my head based on the descriptions. Always interesting to see an artist’s interpretation of it.

No wonder the story is kinda messy. From my experience, novel to manhwa adaptations are for the most part a mess. The manhwa version often lacks pacing, consistency or something.
The novel is a genuine masterpiece. The manwha is decent but I’d rather read the novel.
Does anyone have any more dark reverse harem stories? This is my new favorite guilty pleasure. I’ve already read: Profundis, Non Zero Sum, Frenzy Train, and No Reason.
It’s not really a reverse harem but it’s pretty dark and gives off similar vibes to this story, it’s Stage of the Dark Souls.

It’s not possible that Cliff can be Nergal. There is a flashback scene earlier around ch 20ish where Leon cries out Cliff’s name after waking up from a dream, and it’s implied that Nergal is super jealous/enraged. Idk where the theory comes from that they are the same person. They aren’t even the same skin tone wtf.
