Of Tay "being" Ilay's? Remeber when one of the chapters showed Ilay killing ppl unintentionally, because he thought he was killing Tay? Basically, Ilay is (probably) trying to remind his subconscious thay Tay belongs to him and will stay by his side (preferrably alive). And tay is like "is he making himself (ilay) aware of it, or me?"
