A lot of people say the King was obsessed but I just think he was religious. He was always excited when speaking about the crimson king and he was excited when he met the crimson’s descendants and he showed them nothing but respect. He married Yona’s mother because she offered when she saw the red light coming from him after he saved her. You have to remember that she too was also raised religious. She probably thought giving birth to Yona was the right thing to do. Both sides are completely in the wrong. It’s hard to say who started this mess but I would say Sowoon’s father started all this when he destroyed the church. Yona’s dad was never the same after that.

Why read something that you know will trigger you. MC has been getting raped since ch 1, 11 chapters in and y’all are still here complaining. This manga is straight hentai. It’s not going to have a plot that all that like-able because the author’s goal is just to create a sexual situation which is not necessarily a romantic one.
I still don’t really understand why they turned traitor. I mean do they truly believe that the rest of the world will spare them and their people? Did they make a new plan that I missed?
i actually still dont fully understand both sides as well. i mean, yes, i get that they're against eren killing humanity but i also believe that he has other reasons or intentions behind his actions. if he was that shallow he wouldnt disappear for a few chapters and build up anticipation of his reappearance. im hoping isayama is preparing eren's speech or something to explain all of his actions. thats why right now im neutral
