Someone else can elaborate better or refute me if you think I'm wrong, but I would say no bc there wasn't any facial expressions of dislike. There was a struggle but it wasn't like he was desperately trying to get away. I think the brown haired dude was more surprised and needed to catch his breath and he wanted to talk but he kinda let the black haired guy continue afterward until he got bit. Of course in a realistic situation this isn't ideal but in this story, I kinda need to look at the state of their relationship. (Not saying this is ok either or the right way)
