I find it funny that you laugh at those things lmao. I'm not really fazed by gore, and violence, but I don't really find them comedic. I think they are interesting and I favor stories that deal with such topics, I think they give interesting an pov we wouldn't
get normally and they sometimes offer a look into the minds of actual victims

I don't think it's really all that strange (I get a bit frustrated though when the authors and mangas unknowingly portray it in a good light because then that moves out of the realm of fiction land and into the reader's world view perception and normalizing it in a negative way. It's normal to us, but we still know that such actions in real life are awful) but I do like the idea of being an alien
