I love that webtoon and yes I do too but Navier is more royalty than her so she knows how to hold back her emotions and compared to Rosemund Trashta is too "pure" yet to slap her

Ok here we have the difference in timeline.

Rosamond goes straight to trying to bring down the Empress, and has been there for 1 year before the empress was crowned. Lizzie still has time to establish her power in the court, especially when there is one powerful noble opposing her position in the time where the Emperor is unconscious and unwell.

However, Navier has been Empress since she married Trashoe, and Trashta was just innocently in the picture after.
The emperor plays with his new toys first, and thus Trasta is given more favour than the current empress. On top of that, Navier has alot of matters that she will take care of as her duties to the Empire which is why her role is key until she is removed from that position.

Another thing is that Trashoe believes Trashta, while she does petty things to Navier to get under her skin, Rosamond does the big stuff like plan an assassination, and her ugly side finally comes out. While Lucio finds it hard to believe, they have their pact that they will keep out of the issue of his mistress, and he takes the empress word for it, which is commendable.

funny how Lucio still sincerely love Rosemond in the first timeline even after he found out her Evil side, after the execution He sobbed 'I Couldn't save her, I couldn't' and after that he just lose his will to live. He is worse that Soviet. Soviet only cover up Thrashta evil deed for his child and plan to use it against her later, not because he is blinded with love.
