Takami is Akashi's sempai in art school and even though Akashi says he's not gay he fell inlove with Takami and wants to be with him. So they eventually date while in art school.
While working on their art projects Akashi mentions the parent-child theme in Takami's works and says he wants to be picture book artist in the future for kids. Akashi kinda mentioned a lot that he likes kids and this made Takami realize things about their relationship.
Akashi was never gay to start with and he seemed to want kids.
Takami loves Akashi but he probably thinks he cant make Akashi happy in the long run. So he breaks up with Akashi under the pretense of chasing his dreams as an artist. Of course thats not true because he just wanted to let Akashi go so Akashi could find a girl who will make him happy and bear his children for him. Akashi is devastated but accepts.
After breaking up, Takami sees Akashi finally dating a girl.
Years later, Takami's coworker cries over Takami's one and only published romance story because the characters didnt end up together. His coworker says he wishes the character would find a new romance.
Takami then says, "That's true maybe... A new romance wouldn't be so bad," as he holds the wedding invitation he got from Akashi.
He's happy that Akashi found a new romance. He probably still loves him but he's glad Akashi's going to be happily married soon even though its to someone else.
TLDR LOL: Uke asks Seme out. Seme realizes its impossible for them to continue dating because he cant give uke, who is straight, kids. So he breaks up with him. Years later Uke is with someone else and is inviting seme to his wedding.

At first I thought it was just cheap smut but Im pleasantly surprised it's developing into something more serious with a plot. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
And their interactions are interesting and feel natural unlike many other mangas where characters talk like bad actors in cheap movies. I was pretty surprised too. You really shouldn’t judge a book by its cover

'Yuuta' is actually Yuki who lost his memories. He's come to live with Tomohisa after they ran away and settled into the island. He's childlike and relies on Tomohisa for everything. I suppose the reason why Tomohisa calls him Yuuta is because Yuki once mentioned that if they were to have a child he'd like to name it "Yuuta", and Yuuta is childlike and different from his original self. (Also, Yuuta = hair down, Yuki = hair up).
So this all came to happen a year ago, one rainy evening, while sick and crying, Yuki ran away from another marriage meeting. As the only son his father wants him to continue the bloodline and be the family's successor. So his father ran after him and found him at Tomohisa's place. His father pulls him away out into the rain but Yuki fights back. Now, his father finally snaps because of Yuuta's refusal to get married and decides to kill him. Tomohisa tries to stop him resulting in the father falling off the ledge and into the sea. The dad pulls Yuki down with him when he grabbed his necklace and they fell together. Tomohisa jumps into sea and saves Yuki but wasnt able to save his dad. At this point, Yuki already loses his memories and started becoming "Yuuta".
Now that they've escaped into a remote island together, Tomohisa wants Yuki to return but at the same time thinks that if Yuuta were to regain his memories they couldn't be together. Tomohisa accidentally killed Yuki's father during their altercation and thinks he couldn't be with Yuki because of this. Tomohisa, out of guilt, most probably for doing that and 'kidnapping' a clueless amnesiac Yuuta with him to escape, wants to tell Yuuta everything when they go back into the sea and finally part with him. Probably to turn himself in or something and clear Yuki'a name.
Yuuta gets extremely devastated because he wants to stay with Tomohisa. This triggers him to slowly regain his memories. The night that Tomohisa tells him that they'll have to part eventually, it was raining hard similar to a year ago. This ultimately triggers his memories and he returns to being Yuki. So if you look at the panel he pushes his hair back just like he did when he was 'Yuki'.
Aaaand so that's what's happened so far. Just felt like putting the plot to words cause because I like the plot so much lol.
I skipped the depressing parts and kinda just skimmed through some of them and just focused on enjoying sex and fluffy scenes between Shiwoo and Yujin
