There's not really much difference. The manhwa switched a few of the projects chronologically, but i think it's back on track now, so it's fine if you switch to the novel now.
Plotwise, you aren't gonna miss anything. But the novel just has a lot more details on his acting and his thought process. So it's really up to you if you think you'll find that fun(it is)
