"I'm pretty sure the characters on his back are 新海 (xin hai) which in Korean would be 신해 = Shinhae which it says in chapter 4 is the company he works for!
In English these characters would mean something like 'new sea' if I'm not mistaken tho I don't think that's relevant. Someone can correct if I'm wrong my Chinese and Korean suck"
