i feel like some of y'all are confused so when habin said i like you and he disappeared they were in their old hospital room and he instantly woke up from his coma and ran to his old room that's why someone screamed "hey no running" so he's not dead he woke up. when hahyun saw habin in class it was his memories all of it, he wanted to cherish his memories at school and you can see after that he went to meet habin and peeled apples for him in the hospital. plus the plants it was sort of a hint it grew in a way habin grew up he didn't wither he didn't die i think the author wanted the story panel like that it's a bit confusing but yeah
