Because many k-pop idols pander to their fans who want to see them together. They have a lot of skin ship and almost kissing, or real kissing on stage and bts. I have run into it on YT.
fam that's still not a valid reason. their companies may push fanservice and skinship but it's on the fans to take it for what it is: mere fanservice. that doesn't really make it okay for people to ship real people and sexualize them like that.
