Really... is 30 old?
I don't really think so.
80 is old. 70 maybe. 60 is a stretch, but how you age seems more significant.
Under that doesn't really seem old to me.
Maybe when I start to get close to 30 I'll change my mind.

    Cate July 21, 2020 3:25 am

judging by the art, they are currently living in a time period where surviving to the age of 50 is a miracle. so yes 30 IS old for that era.

    Sheerluck31 July 21, 2020 8:17 pm

In a isekai world with magic and other races.
And that smith makes that argument unlikely.
Since he is younger than her father isn't it a bit of a stretch?
Just seems to me that many times when they get to 30 the people are considered old man... and that's just not really true.
If they live to 50, over 40 cold be an old man.

Could. Sometimes autocorrect is a curse.

Really, so many people dropped it after reading a few chapters. It's really sad, because the story is awesome and the protagonist really grows.

Yeah, at first he was wimpy, but it was absolutely understandable considering his background. They didn't really give him the opportunity to grow out of his shell.

Too bad for them. This story is incredible it's building to something really funny and entertaining.

I just get frustrated that the comments with more "agree" are so not representative.
People must have voted when only a handful of chapters were available.

    *sigh* July 23, 2020 12:51 am

Yes they didn’t even give the characters time to grow like ofc it wouldn’t be absolutely amazing in the first like 10 chapters he was still trying to figure our wtf was going on. But now it’s so fucking good. I thought it was good even during the beginning chapters cause the art is AMAZING

What happens when a Hero fails in killing the demon king?
If he died would he re-start?
Unlikely, since that world has memories of failing heroes.
Do they go back to their home world?Doesn't seem so.
But that world was restarted 2 times for the protagonist. Is that a privilege a hero gains after slaying a demon king? Like, "you succeeded the quest and didn't die so you can try again because you succeed in the wrong way" ...not really a privilege, though.

My thought is he could've gone to a parallel world so it seemed to have reset but in actually he just gone to another world that's the same as the previous one(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

Going there by dragon without sending even a letter of warning seems pretty stupid.
I mean... if she is going on a official capacity then shouldn't she do things the right way?

That kingdom is f*cked. And it seems mostly well deserved.

I just don't like when smart characters make VERY dumb decisions. Like ignoring protocol, appearing unannounced (resurrected from the dead) with an ex court sorcerer on a dragon trying (and succeeding) to invade the country (after all she went illegally) and all.
At the very least she should have landed a bit farther and walked the rest of the way.
Also, her rush to the palace only makes her and her kingdom look desperate. (Even if they are desperate she SHOULD NOT give that impression.)

Going with an army? Declaration of war. That seems about right. But the smart decision should have been along the lines of: Send a official message to the kingdom and after go with a small party as an ambassador.

Even if she is in a hurry, if she wants to establish a trade doing things that way is foolish. Her behaviour seems more of an excuse to make the kingdom an enemy?

Because let's get real. Someone that the country sent as an sacrifice comes back accompanied by the ex court sorcerer on the back of a flying monster along with a being that can manipulate plants without any warning and notice... who the hell will think, "oh! She's back to create friendly relations!"

Yeah, they were attacked without being listened to. And that sorcerer is obviously trash. Even so, his words weren't much of a stretch.
As someone who was trained to become a queen (and is a queen already) should she really rush to do things herself without thinking through? ( ̄∇ ̄")

I hope she doesn't make the same mistakes again.
Her family is obviously trash. They don't deserve her. But the one who is actually acting as a queen is Jill. While Eliana is... not.

The prince accepting to arrange an audience should be as a repayment for the offence he caused by accepting her father's appeal to change fiancees.
Insisting to go while hurt? While I'm sure in her mind it was self sacrifice... it screams desperation. Acting desperate like that will make others see her and her kingdom as easy prey. The trading will obviously be unfair.
They have a shitload of money. They aren't asking for alms. Her kingdom needs her to show a strong front and make the trade successful.

Thank god Jill was there to silence them and make her more believable.

Well put, however I believe this is a case of bad writing rather than bad actions. The author (most likely) needed Greed to have a good excuse to take over the kingdom. Due to her oh-so-forgiving characterisation, Eliana would have never wanted revenge. She would not have let Greed take over the kingdom without good reason either.

By trying to kill her, she had to accept the fact that they have no kindness whatsoever and that they wouldn't respect her husband without extreme measures. Hence, the author made some scenarios that would fulfil the conditions

Lol. I super pity the poor ML. Those 10 years are never gonna come.
But both the dad and him are hot.

Sheerluck31 June 4, 2020 10:10 pm

Ok, she is freaking cute. The hero fell in love at first sight. The humans suck lots (but that's nothing new)
But what the hell?
1 - They invade the home of a peaceful neighbor. They literally did nothing.
2 - Kill everyone and the protagonist sacrifices herself so her subjects can escape.
3 - After that hero beats her.
4 - He finds her attractive, so he heals her and then kidnaps her. (Well, everyone else wanted to kill her, so maybe that's saving her from his comrades)
5 - He keeps her in captivity (like a pet) until Stockholm syndrome can act.

Those points aside... I really like it. Well, even WITH those points I still like it.
Let's just hope it's not abandoned.

    Sharmoon June 5, 2020 12:31 pm

True words right here. It is good that the Demon Lord's ability is to be uber cute. Otherwise, the demon kingdom will be quite dead. Petty humans.

    Sheerluck31 June 19, 2020 11:03 pm

Chapter 5 explains that no one died, so point 2 changes to: beat everyone and the protagonist sacrifices herself so that her subjects can escape.
I'm glad they weren't killed but it seems a tiny little bit strange with the flow of the story. I mean, they have no problem with killing her and using her as sacrifice.
They were talking about killing her when curiosity made the hero take off the mask.
Seems like a fix up. Do I care?
Not at all. Makes me happy that she doesn't have another solid reason to hate the hero.
