Okay I think yall didn’t read the novel, cause she is alive when I read it like a few months ago… there is a key reason for her survival too

I read spoilers that said suzanna is alive with Harrison...but in the latest chapter suzanna wasn't with Harrison..that's why I asked for spoilers

She’s not dead and she’s also not with Harrison. She actually ended up accidently going through a hidden entrance in the happy house that she got locked in. MC finds her barely alive later but she does recover!

I feel suzanna is alive and is with the prepartors. She was kinda sus since the beginning and we didn't get much of her screentime. Moreover cherry herself stated that she didn't know suzanna for that long. I hope it comes with a twist in further chapters.
