Hey guys pls spoil me cz I didn't read hamin arc cz I knew it's gonna be sad af .and I don't like sad things .So pls summarize hamins arc to me .and did he loved somang then why he committed suicide?

Haemin was under a lot of pressure to be perfect, and told what he needed to pursue academically. He didn't feel at ease with his peers even though he put on a good front. When he met Somang he was drawn to her and learned to feel alive. She was quirky, fun, and he genuinely enjoyed his time with her. It was really the only time he was truly happy. They had a sweet mutual first love. His parents found out he was skipping cram school to draw with her punished him. He slowly start to withdrawal back into his previous life to please his parents and try to keep Jaemin from experiencing his parent's overbearing tendencies. Haemin felt empty. Also Somang started to make more friends and he was a little at odds with that. When they first met she was very shy and didnt really interact with others. He kinda felt like she was hidden treasure and sad when others started to notice her. Also another student saw them secretly embracing and started spreading rumors so Haemin was trying to protect her. Then he felt like a burden and withdrew from her as well. He was tired and fed up, and didn't feel at ease. Its heartbreaking
Ok I'm reading this one .rn I'm on ch 50 but it's too slow paced.Mc is absolutely doing nothing.I mean some fighting scenes between mc and worm or sm.I feel like dropping. So I wanted to know does this gets better? I mean when will mc fight monsters?
I do think its worth it to continue reading. Though its important to note the story can be slow at time because lots of the focus is on the setting and developing the way this society functions and treats people
Ok I see .one last q does haru gets op at some point or is he just being used here and there .And school arc I didn't really understand it who caused the attacks .what was their purpose?
Like the other commenter said, there’s a lot of set up going on. The virus itself, how the society is set up, who is good vs bad, everyone’s individual agendas. It’s a lot of moving parts. Thus far, Haru is not “OP” and I’m not sure if he ever will be in the sense of strength since It was stated that he is not a strength type like Leo is. However, he is unique in his bodily functions. I assume that there is a deeper reason behind this that we do not know yet. The attacks were done by a terrorist group who were being ostracized/experimented on by the government.
The action is very slow-paced and right now we don't really know Haru's capabilities, in order for him to get into actually fighting those monsters he has to take the test and get into the ISO so rn you're getting introduced to how the characters are and what type of people are going to be around Haru
we do know hes immortal tho
