So, my guess is that Tendou likes "Tan Guy", but "Tan Guy" ended up liking Tsubasa, and so now Tendou will end up liking Ichinose, but Ichinose likes Tsubasa, so it will end up like all over again.
In the end, I think "Tan Guy" will become Ichinose's rival, and Tendou will become Tsubasa's rival, but in the end Tendou and "Tan Guy" will end up together! (Or something like that?)
Also, "Extra" will probably just remain as the slightly annoying comedic relief extra.. XD
Oh yeah, and with the flashback,
I assume that the crying girl became friends with Tsubasa and Ichinose, but eventually starts to like Ichinose (In my mind I want it to be Tsubasa that the girl likes XD), but since Ichinose and Tsubasa are so close, she gets all jealous and upsetti, and blames Tsubasa. lel.

So far, I've pretty much guessed that Nekota was her only childhood friend etc., and after she moved, she only thought of the cat as her friend, and eventually associated her only friend (younger Nekota) with cats, so when she saw Nekota now, her mind made her see him as a cat! Now, the moment she realizes that she no longer sees him as a friend, but a love interest, she will stop seeing him as cat! (This is my attempt to logic this hilarious story XD)
