I feel like there should be more. I want to know more about Izumi, because it kinda felt like she was hiding her anger towards the main protagonist, with the hand clenching at the end, the large amounts of bubbliness, and when she was stalking them being all like "Why is she with Raita...."

Would have been better if the mangaka had turned it into a long shounen type manga serious (like bleach or one piece) rather than making it a one-shot. It's just not really the plot of a one shot. Everything is too crammed together. Nonetheless, it wasn't bad.
I think that a lot of one shots are actually to see if the idea will be popular and if the one shot is successful/popular, than the publishing company will get the author to start a series on the idea. So the author may have wanted to continue, but it may have not been popular enough.
