Abo universe doesn't really have an exact rules. Everyone can make their own rules is their own story. In this particular abo universe that this author built, everyone can get pregnant. Males/females, alpha/beta/omega. For example: Miyauchi's "father" is a female alpha, his mother is a female beta. Kudos father and "mother" are both alpha male :)
