«This is Texas and Lappland from Arknights. Basic history between the characters is that Texas used to work for the Mafia but quit and joined a courier company instead. Lappland has a particular obsession with Texas, really wanting her to return to being the "Old Texas" which presumably was someone colder and more bloodthirsty. Think of it along the lines of Kuro and Creed from Black cat though Lappland isn't quite as crazy as Creed.
Of course the internet being the internet cannot see a realistionship between two characters without imagining that they want to fuck like bunnies so quite a lot of fanart and fancomics portray these two as lesbians.»
