MY JAW DROPPED WTFFFF What is wrong with him? Maybe Jaehee wasn't so bad after all....

Mi Amore Anon August 19, 2020 6:19 pm

What is wrong with that negative view?
Maybe he said that because it would be obvious?

In chapter 12, Hanyum asks to be a couple and Hajin panics making them sex friends. Chapter 30 how he acts and asks Hajin to be free on Wednesday. Chapter 35, Hangyum is tired of them being sex friends and wants a serious relationship with Hajin. He was even serious about the relationship in the past (chapter 23). Hangyum has always been serious about dating Hajin and what happens in chapter 51 (Next chapter) does not surprise me from how I come to understand Hangyum.

LMAO I 100% forgot this is the side couple

lockscocks6969 August 13, 2020 11:26 pm

He didn't say don't talk to me ever again in a hot headed moment he is just saying he needs to process what he learned alone.
Hojun is obviously a straight forward and simple person and the fact that the entire time he was just being made pretty much a fool of hurt a lot. Hope they can talk it out after a day or so.

He is lowkey gaslighting, manipulating her to be more distrusting than she would have been.
Honestly Miyas and the dude's relationship parallel Koto's and Kosukes a bit. With Kosuke's painted in a bad light just due to the age difference even though he is earnestly trying to help himself and Koto's life but Miya's and the dude's toxic relationship seen as good and normal just because they're about the same age. It is not normal for someone to stop people from talking about their issues, literally keeping her from from for days, he is purposely driving the wedge deeper.
Anyways Kosukes a dilf and I would have done my best to have him too lmao

"Something important for who, I wonder"... I just had this urge to tell that guy to f*ck himself out of their issues, really (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸

I reread the entire manga after reading your comment and I tried my best to look out for Miya's friend gaslighting her, but I don't really see it. Miya needed some time away from her father and he kept her company, he didn't try to force her to stay away from home, he didn't say "come to my house to hide away" he visited her when she rented out a hotel room for a few days, and whenever she talks about how she's feeling about something he continues the conversation and asks questions. He also thinks that Kousuke is dating Koto after what he saw so he's also using his own judgement like any normal person would. He's also the only person that Miya can really talk to about things like this since he was there to see shit go down.

    SolracXV August 13, 2020 10:21 pm

But is Miya talking things out with him?

No, she's just doing the same as with her mother, shutting herself in to avoid the talk she and her father need.

The difference being that now she's doing it at some random guy's house. Showing her weak side to a complete stranger that for all we know is waiting his chance for her to open up and take advantage of her.

He's just telling her what she wants to hear so she can feel safe with him as he bides his time to make his move. He admits is interested in her, but doesn't do sh*t to help her deal with the issue with his father. Father, that if anyone remember was and is committed to his duty at home.

Okay, it seems that you're more focused on "what could happen" rather than was is happening right now. She never went to her friend's house, she went to a hotel when she wanted some time away from Kousuke. Now that that's cleared up, it's understandable that she doesn't want that talk with her Dad. Imagine being in her shoes; having the same suspicions as her, having her childhood friend tell her that she's interested in her Dad, then getting a text from her Dad saying that they need to have an important conversation? Having someone who listen to you without judgement is a good thing, too. Miya's friend (who goes to her school and who she also hangs out with. He's a stranger to YOU, NOT HER. It's obvious that they've bonded off screen.) seems like one of those friends who listens more than they speak, which seems like he doesn't mind and is also something that Miya needs right now. The only thing he said that seemed a little bit predatory (but I had to look real close) was when he asked Miya how amazing it felt to be free from her Dad, but that just seems like regular teenager talk. I think he said that he was interested in her because they just bonded over time. Which is understandable.

It seems like Kousuke just wants Miya to have a good life, like every parent should wish for their child, but he keeps having a relationship with Koto, which he knows hurts Miya. Imagine how creepy it'd feel if your own father started dating somebody your own age, especially your classmate and childhood friend. I feel like a lot of people here aren't looking at things from Miya's perspective and they're putting Miya and her friend in a bad light simply for finding it disturbing that a 15-16 year old is interested in a 40 year old, which is normal to find disturbing.

My bad, I throw one too many assumptions. Still, her father never let her down at home, not showed any signs of he being some kind of deviant. He's a good father and she's just brushing that off because she blames what happened to her mom on him.

I still doubt the intentions of the dude. If he really were looking out for her, he would bring her to her dad so they can talk, not alone of course, he would be there with her to help her and give her support. He just doesn't care and still throw opinions on her father's intentions based on nothing to stir Miya's head even more.

I didn't think the author would but they really showed mermen s*x. Honestly, it was kinda hot and now I feel a little robbed.

lockscocks6969 August 7, 2020 3:35 pm

Its rare to see but not a sight I want to miss.

lockscocks6969 August 6, 2020 2:55 pm

It was a nice ending. Obviously their relationship is twisted as fuck but they're happy and I don't want to take that away.
