I feel like the 3 Owens aside from the original 2 that was first introduced is unnecessary. Nix seems like only have feelings for Asperier and Owen. Like there's no chemistry between the soldier Owen unlike the other two who really spent a lot of time knowing Nux

Ron has been poisoned by mermaid's poison and Cale healed him with mermaid's blood, the same way he healed whale prince (I forgot his name). And then they met a necromancer when doing some favor for the crown prince. That necromancer made Ron a new arm.
There's no plot it just him using his misfortunes to scam people
