Its most likely due to the artwork of Spoon's from WMMAP being traced.
Although, the artist hasn't got the proportions accurate to be on the same level, certain angles like the profile view of the characters the linework looks identical to WMMAP. Even the style of clothes and shoes.
It can't be a coincidence.
What gives it away as tracing, is the similarities but lack of accuracy when drawing the characters in their motion and poses, because the artwork isn't authentic.
Omg this makes me tear up. The writing is so good. Poor Abel, imagines raising the young prince with all his love, care and attention to only realise that he turns out to be the heartless killer. This scene gives much resemblance to a parent realising that they have failed as a parent raising their child (considering how Abel raises the prince with much parental vibes).
