who would want to date a guy who sleeps around & a guy who happens to always be in relationships (or is always seeking one)? i've been around both types (thankfully not romantically) & both are annoying to be around. characters having negative traits ≠ realism. realism ≠ good story.
this could've been packaged in a way that makes them seem less superficial, but i just don't see the appeal of any character in this i can't root for them bcs both have terrible track records when it comes to romance

that seems so out of nowhere? he seemed so indifferent towards her. unless its a bit later down the story? but i still think it would've made more sense for E-name Gingerhair-man to do what the knight allegedly does; he could also be messed up in the head (like his sister) & rationalize his actions that way, his expressions in some panels do make him look a bit unhinged

art carries this, but not on it's back, more like a princess-carry, so story is good 'nuff. it's just that i wouldn't have been as eager to pick it back up if it had a different art style but the same plot

1. seme is hung up on this tutor who took advantage of him (it prob hasnt even been 3 yrs since then), he's also a manwhore.
2. uke happens to look like the tutor & the seme is taking his frustrations out on him. the "aspirin" plot was crazy btw.
3. uke had an inkling his bestie had feelings for him but was acting oblivious.
4. & bestie has anger issues.
can these D-tier stories have shittier art so it makes dropping them easier?
stopping mid-binge at ch32 to say that, despite being 32 chapters in, the children's characters are barely developed. ian is like an afterthought; the duke just happened to send a letter, right as we were discussing the other children's futures. ig it's very simple writing & bad pacing.
there'll prob be be a time jump in the next 10 chapters & while i'm thankful that i won't have to sit thru the childcare arc for 100 chapters, 40 is too fast
