It's not really possible to update more than one chapter weekly for the simple fact that chapter 153 is also the most recent chapter available in japan. For really popular shounen manga such as Boku no Hero Academia and One Piece, the chapter you see uploaded is the most recent available chapter anywhere (taking into account ofc that they have to clean and translate it into english so we do get it a little bit later than japan but still not a week behind)
to get two chapters weekly, you would need the mangaka to draw and publish two chapters weekly in japan

The art changes every season. So sbout 4-6 times, though latter changes are gradual, not dramatic like the first 3. I seem to recall the artist being in & out of the hospital on the season with the bad art.
