I didn't sit here and say that it was a good thing that he pushed him no I'm saying if you completely read and finished the story, when he found out that the kid is actually his he apologized and also he does what the main character says , which was to tell his parents that he's going to have a child and raise it, to earn his forgiveness, now that he also met the main characters parents and told him that he will be having a baby with him and that he will take care of him, and another spoiler and the side story they get married , and is also thinking of names for the baby, so it ends in a good note on a main story and it's still on a good note on the side story, which is the reason why I said do not worry he will change when he finds out the baby is actually his

OP said it was sad that the ML hurt the uke and told him to abort the baby if it wasn’t his- imo him changing his tune only when his jealousy is satisfied and he learns he’s actually the dad is poor redemption. Everything he does after that is literally the bare minimum- so imo the happy ending wasn’t earned. That’s all.
