The art style is the only thing carrying the story. The story is so shit I had to take a shit while reading the shit. I’m all for “angst” and possessiveness, but this ain’t it. Don’t come to me with bullshit talking about, “this isn’t real”. Ho, the story took place in the 20th century, so I’m going to treat it as such. That raping shit is weird asf.
