The last chapter posted in Dear + was 13.5, chapter 14 was scheduled to release 6/14 but it got delayed. It should be coming out 7/14 but it could end up getting delayed again >_>

Oasis Group dropped the English translation & as far as I know no other group has picked it up yet so it's probably not gonna update anytime soon :/

They're not raws but Oasis Group has the Vietnamese translation here: https://oasisgr.top/release/release-therapy-game-restart/ , so far they have an extra from vol 1, ch 8, and ch 6.5 posted there. As far as I know, no one's shared the actual raws anywhere yet though.

They said on their fb that they dropped the English translation, I think their fb got deactivated somehow tho so now the post is gone. >_> They definitely dropped it though, they even deleted it from their English projects page on their website. The private posts you're talking about are the Vietnamese translation!
