They explain later on that ML knew he was a man because MC was talking in his sleep and mumbled about how his little brother should “get water for his big brother”. He wasn’t forcing his voice as he was asleep, hence how he knew.

The twink ain’t that great, but same goes for ml…the only difference is that the ml doesn’t act fake, so what u see is what u gonna get. I mostly feel bad for mc bcs of ml, not so much bcs of the twink, cuz I don’t think mc has genuine feelings for either of them. I think mc is just a nice guy who thinks the twink is innocent and doesn’t want him to get hurt by ml.
