Although I understand wanting to read where it left off I think you should read for the beginning for this one. the way the novel is written is a little bit different from the manwha in a way that there more written that is left out in the comic. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love the way the manwha is written. (they know how the novel goes so they can be clever and foreshadow (so more stuff has a lot of impact) but the novel has a lot of in the moment stuff that isn't written about in the comic.) since we are not that far in I recommend you read the novel from the start.
